CoSH East Anglia Regional Networking Gathering

An opportunity for sound healing practitioners in the East of England to gather in community. All modalities welcome, building connection and support across the area.
An informal gathering to meet fellow practitioners, discuss ideas and find support and guidance. Sharing knowledge, skills and what is coming up for us all.
A nominal donation of £5 is suggested to cover expenses, light refreshments provided, please do bring anything you'd like like to share.
What To Bring:
- Light refreshments are provided, but you may wish to bring something to share.
- A journal and pen to make notes.

A monthly spiritual development circle.
Held at Sutton Village Hall, the first Wed of the month.
Joining together to support, share knowledge, healing and gain practical experience to extend and develop you.
Open to curious observers, toe dippers, more experienced and practitioners.
Focusing on different topics each month, flowing with the seasons and our needs.
A community together in support and happiness.

Healing Drum Circle
3rd Wed Of Each Month
Healing Drum 7:15 - 8:30pm, £10

Join Rosie and Kay for a fun and laughter filled evening playing hand held drums for our joy and wellbeing.
No experience necessary. You will be guided into free flow drumming, lifting our spirits, releasing tension and bringing happiness to us all. No complicated rhythms to learn or remember, our heartbeat is the most powerful rhythm. Simple, yet stunningly effective.
Gathering and playing together is a delight and you will leave feeling buoyed and energised. An opportunity to free your inner child, raise the roof and step into your power!
We have drums and rattles to borrow, if you have your own drum, please do bring it along.
Sweet treats and a chance to chat and connect in a safe space.
